Hope everyone is having a merry Christmas. I just wanted to come on right quick and address something strange that happened today. Several of my reviews got flagged for having "sensitive content," as per Blogspot's community guidelines. This struck me as odd as, one, this happened on several posts that are quite old, one of which I haven't even updated with images yet, and two, you know how I actively try not to put any images that are explicitly sexual or offensive. According to those guidelines, I can apparently put in images of really gory violence and whatnot as much as I want, but I have try to stay away from images of extreme nudity, sex, rape, and such. Other guidelines forbid anything like bullying and such, which I don't think I've ever done. Maybe I used some profanity in that one review that they found offensive, even though I don't really do that, either. I have a feeling it was automation or something similar, and while I have the option to dispute it, I don't have the energy to do so, so I'll just let it be. So, if you try to read some of my old reviews and you get this warning about sensitive content beforehand, just remember that it's not me; it was the site. You guys know the type of stuff I tend to review anyway, so it shouldn't be an issue.
You're probably wondering why I'm making a post about this, since they didn't take the reviews down or anything. It was just weird how this happened all of a sudden, and I was really racking my brain today about what I could've done in those reviews that violated the guidelines. It makes me wonder if just about every review I've done is going to be hit with this, which is weird since, we're all adults here, aren't we? I hope this site doesn't become as stringent as YouTube is now, where you have to watch everything you say.
Anyway, I just wanted to address this little situation. Again, merry Christmas, guys, and I'll see you in 2023.
